Users have several options for posting botls onto Facebook:
- Manually post any specific botl to their personal Facebook timeline using the Facebook share icon.
- Autopost botls they create or rebottle onto their personal Facebook timeline using the autopost feature in user settings.
- Post a botl onto friends’ and fan page timelines using a share link.
MANUALLY POST BOTLS TO YOUR TIMELINE
To manually post a botl onto your Facebook timeline, click the Facebook share icon inside the open botl. A Facebook share window will open if you are already signed in to Facebook. (Otherwise, you will be prompted to log in to Facebook, and then the share window will open.)
After you have entered any message you would like to add and made any desired change to the post’s privacy setting, click Share.
AUTOPOST BOTLS TO YOUR TIMELINE
With the autopost feature, any botls you create or rebottle will automatically post onto your Facebook Timeline.
To enable autoposting, click the white arrow in the top right corner of your screen, and select Profile Settings in the dropdown menu. Select the Settings tab in the window that appears.
If you created your Botl account using Facebook, your Facebook ID will already be uploaded. If the Facebook ID field is empty, click anywhere inside that white field to connect Botl and Facebook. After your Facebook ID is populated, click the box beside Automatically Publish to Timeline to put a check mark in the box, and click Save. You can uncheck that box at any time to turn off the autoposting feature.
POST BOTLS TO FAN PAGES AND YOUR FRIENDS’ TIMELINES
Use a botl share link to post botls onto your timeline, your fan pages and to your friends’ timelines.
To obtain a botl’s share link, open the botl and click the envelope icon. Copy the share link. (To copy it, place your cursor to the left of the http, and click and drag across the entire URL. Then right-mouse-click the highlighted link to copy.)
To post the botl onto Facebook, place your cursor in the Status field of the desired Facebook Timeline, and right-mouse-click to paste in the link as a Status. After Facebook populates the botl’s image and title, add whatever additional message you would like and then click the Facebook Post button.
