I lost my password. Can you send it to me?
For the security of Botl users’ accounts, we do not store passwords, so unfortunately we cannot send yours to you. But we make it quick and easy for you to create a new password.
Click Forgot Password? in the login screen, and enter your email address or username in the window that opens. We will email you a link and instructions to reset your password.
If you do not see an email from us in your inbox, please check your spam folder.
My password isn’t working.
If your password isn’t working, click Forgot Password? to reset your password.
(Note: Passwords are case-sensitive, so make sure your Caps Lock isn’t on.)
How can I change my existing password?
- To change your password without logging in to Botl, click Forgot Password? on the login page and follow the steps outlined above.
- To change your password when you are logged in to Botl, enter your new password in your Profile Settings, following the steps outlined below.
I created my Botl account using Facebook Connect. Can I add a password to my Botl profile so I can also log in using email address or username?
Yes, you can. To set a password, log in to Botl using the Facebook login as you normally do. After logging in, click the white arrow in the top right corner of your Botl screen, and select Profile Settings in the dropdown menu. Enter your password in the center field, re-enter it for confirmation, and click Save.
Thereafter, in addition to logging in through Facebook, you will also have the option of logging in to Botl with either your email address and password or your username and password.
